SynqApp Mobile and SynqApp Web
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SynqApp Mobile, SynqApp Web, and related file transfer, cloud sync, contacts, billing, subscription, and support services.
Agreement to These Terms
By creating an account, uploading files, generating a transfer link, using SynqApp Mobile, using SynqApp Web, or accessing a shared file, you agree to these Terms and the SynqApp Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SynqApp. SynqApp is developed and published by an individual developer.
1. SynqApp Services
SynqApp provides tools for uploading, sending, receiving, syncing, managing, and tracking files and folders. Some features may be available without an account, while advanced features may require an account, plan, app-store purchase, subscription, or administrator permission.
2. Accounts and Security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials confidential.
- You must promptly report unauthorized access or suspected security issues using the SynqApp support contact.
- You are responsible for activity under your account, workspace, generated links, and team permissions.
- Access may be suspended or restricted to protect SynqApp, users, files, payment systems, or legal compliance.
3. User Content and File Transfers
You retain ownership of files, folders, messages, contacts, and other content you upload or submit. You grant SynqApp a limited license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, sync, display, preview, scan for security, delete, and otherwise handle that content only as needed to provide and protect the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, transfer, share, or sync content through SynqApp.
4. Acceptable Use
You must not use SynqApp to:
- Upload, distribute, or store unlawful, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or malicious content.
- Transmit malware, phishing content, spam, credential-harvesting links, or deceptive transfer messages.
- Violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, export-control, or data-protection laws.
- Bypass storage, transfer, account, security, payment, or access-control limits.
- Interfere with SynqApp systems, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or scrape at scale.
5. Links, Expiration, and Recipient Access
Generated links may allow recipients to download shared files until the link expires, is deleted, is revoked, or otherwise becomes unavailable. You are responsible for choosing recipients carefully, configuring available security settings, and removing access when a link should no longer be used.
6. Mobile App Permissions
SynqApp Mobile may ask for permission to access files, folders, photos, media, storage, notifications, camera, or cloud accounts depending on the feature you use. You can control permissions through device settings, but some features may not work without the required permission.
7. Plans, Purchases, and Subscriptions
Paid plans may include transfer limits, storage duration, cloud sync, password protection, team controls, analytics, support, or other features. Billing may be handled by SynqApp, a payment processor, Google Play, or Apple App Store depending on where you purchase. Store purchases are also subject to the applicable app-store terms and refund rules.
8. Account Deletion and Termination
You may request account deletion from inside SynqApp or by contacting privacy@synqapp.in. Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, fail to pay required fees, or use SynqApp unlawfully. Deletion may not remove records that must be retained for legal, tax, security, payment, audit, backup, or dispute reasons.
9. Intellectual Property
SynqApp, including its name, logo, design, software, workflows, and service content, belongs to the SynqApp application and applicable licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of SynqApp technology, branding, or service materials.
10. Third-Party Services
SynqApp may integrate with cloud storage, payment, app-store, email, analytics, security, and support services. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. SynqApp is not responsible for third-party services outside SynqApp control.
11. Service Availability
SynqApp aims to remain reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free service is not guaranteed. Features may change, files may become unavailable after expiration or deletion, and maintenance, outages, network issues, store review requirements, or security incidents may affect availability.
12. Disclaimers
SynqApp is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. SynqApp disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation, except where such disclaimers are not allowed by law.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SynqApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost files, lost data, business interruption, or unauthorized access caused by factors outside SynqApp control.
14. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as SynqApp changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of SynqApp after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Contact
For terms, billing, support, or account questions related to the SynqApp application, use support@synqapp.in. For privacy and deletion requests, contact privacy@synqapp.in.
