Delete your SynqApp account

Use this page to request deletion of your SynqApp account and the data associated with it on SynqApp Mobile and SynqApp Web.

How deletion works

  1. Submit the email address used for your SynqApp account.
  2. SynqApp may contact that address to verify account ownership and prevent unauthorized deletion.
  3. After verification, the account and deletable associated data are removed or anonymized.

Data deleted with your account

  • Profile information, account settings, notification preferences, contacts, and cloud connection tokens.
  • Stored files, transfer records, generated sharing links, support messages, and associated file metadata under the account.

Limited records may be retained when necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, tax, payment, accounting, dispute handling, or backup integrity. Retained records are isolated from normal product use and deleted when the applicable obligation ends.
