Can I change my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you need from your SynqApp account settings.
When you upgrade, the new plan limits apply right away. If you downgrade, changes take effect
at the end of your current billing period so you keep access to paid features until then.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards for Pro and Business subscriptions, plus supported
online payment methods depending on your region. Enterprise plans are billed through a
custom invoice arranged with SynqApp sales.
Are my files secure?
Yes. Every SynqApp plan includes encryption in transit and at rest, secure transfer links,
and privacy controls such as password protection and expiration on eligible plans. We never
sell your files, and transfers are delivered only to the recipients you choose.
